I used it at the Fuji-Q Highland bread festival. This year, there were 12 stores from Shizuoka, so I mainly bought bread from those! OBL in Shizuoka City. On this day, there were only canelés, cylindrical croissants (tubular croissants with cream inside), chicken tear-apart bread, and swirl cinnamon, but it seems that there are 120 kinds of bread lined up in the store. [b:When I took it out of the bag, the smell of cinnamon was strong (*´∀人) The dough was rolled up, and There was quite a lot of cinnamon in it! ! With this amount, even cinnamon lovers will be satisfied. ] [b:And there was plenty of icing (*´∇｀)ﾉ It's perfect for those who like sweet things♪] However, the bread dough is dry... It seems to also contain almond cream and custard, but it was in this condition right after I bought it. I'm pretty disappointed... (I bought it at 10 o'clock and ate it 30 minutes later. I wonder if it was baked yesterday.) I'm good at arranging bread, but I'm not so good at making dough. I'm glad I didn't buy another bread on impulse. Thank you for the delicious food.
