本日訪問したのは鮨処 五代目山口屋。
鮨処 五代目山口屋は、静岡県浜松市中区にある寿司屋です。
鮨処 五代目山口屋は、創業から140年の歴史を持つ寿司屋となっており、地元民に愛され長く運営されているお店です。
現在五代目となる鮨処 五代目山口屋は、かまど炊きのシャリと新鮮な旬魚の寿司をいただくことができます。
1件目の寿司利用から、二件目の一人飲みまで様々な楽しみ方ができるとのことで、今回２件目に訪問することとしました。
店内に入ると、活気溢れるお店となっており、良い意味で歴史を感じさせない雰囲気です。
今回は以下をオーダーすることにしました。

ねぎとろ
以上、３点でしたが、どれも安定的に美味しく、何を食べても間違いなさそうなお店ですね。ご馳走様でした。
