東名を降りてすぐにうなぎ屋の文字が。浜松に来たらやはりうなぎをと思い入りました。
お店の方にお勧めはと聞いたところ、石焼きうなぎをと。言われるがまま注文しました。
これは焼いた石の器でジュージューと音を立てながら運ばれてくる石焼きビビンバのうなぎバージョンです。珍しいうなぎの刺身も一緒に出てきます。
食べ方はひつまぶしと同じです。三等分して、タレとからんだカリカリでアツアツのご飯をまずはそのままで、次にとろろをかけて、最後はだし汁でお茶漬けとして。
それなりに美味しいものでした。
