鶏と言えば「もろ川」さん‼︎
今日は名物つくね丼を食べに行ってきました(ꕤ˘͈꒳˘͈)
おひとり様も結構いらっしゃいましたよ。
注文を受けてから、炭で大事にじっくり焼いてましたので、時間はかかりますが。
焼いてる所を見ていたら、あっと言う間です♪
注文したのは↓(*´∇`)ﾉ
◉名物つくね丼1100円
丼の蓋を開けると、炭火とししとう＋つくねの香りで、一瞬倒れそうでした‼︎(°д° )笑
焼き場の方は、残っているタレは丁寧に戻していました‼︎とても大切にされてるんですね❤︎
旨味などで熟成されて、あの美味しいタレが出来上がっている様です！
調理は分担されていてテキパキ！
上に乗ってるたまごもとても美味しかったです。
お店に入ると高級な佇まいに負けちゃいそうでしたが、ランチのコスパは良くて、私でも問題なく食べて来れました‼︎笑
次は色んな味を楽しめる、鳥焼きを何本か注文してみたいですね(*´艸`)
