テレビで紹介されておりましたので行列を避けたく、事前予約で出張がてらご訪問。
佇まいも情緒あふれ、店内もお上品な通路を歩き、カウンターへ案内して頂きました。
カウンター前調理場は焼き物専用
別厨房では、カレーライス、チキンカツ煮、とろろ、親子丼
調理されたお食事は一旦、焼き場の店主に渡され、最後の盛り付けを行った上、お客様へ配膳される。
ご飯は食べ放題で、丼の方はその場で量を確認され、以外のお食事は、都度、おかわり自由です。丼も出来ますが、おかずとのバランスが難しいと思います。
