冷酒をやりながらうな丼を待ちます
時間がかかってる、蒸すとこからやってますね
いい感じ

タレは静岡らしく甘め
鰻はなんてスッキリ、くどさがない
天然って美味しいですね
しかも安い（うな丼3,400円税抜き）
産地ならではですかね
スッキリ味なので甘いタレじゃない方が良かったかな
