帰省して、中華を食べに行こうとなると、必ず名前のあがる鳳凰。
食べ応えのあるグランドホテルの中華も好きですが、
赤ちゃん連れには鳳凰のほうが便利です。
（夜は６０００円以上のコースなら個室利用OK、ベビーベッドが無料で用意してもらえました）
名鉄ホテルがリニューアルしてから、３月の平日にランチで伺いました。
コース名を忘れてしまったのですが、前菜３品、ふかひれとかにのあんかけ茶碗蒸し、
炒め物２品、チャーハンor焼きそばor薬膳粥、デザート３種（マンゴープリン、月餅、まんじゅう）、
そしてジャスミン茶。
いか、くわい、くこの実などの炒め物はさっぱりとした塩味、
牛肉の炒め物はオイスターソースがきいていてコクのある味（ご飯がほしくなりますねえ）で
どちらも量もほどよく美味。
茶碗蒸しはふかひれたっぷり、かにもたっぷりで贅沢～。
デザートも甘さはしっかり、でもペロリと食べられてしまいました。お茶のおかげかな？
そして、リニューアル記念ということで、サービスでみかんのまんじゅうがつきました。
皮にみかんの粉末（陳皮でしょうか）が入っているとのことで、
ふんわりみかんの香りがして、おいしかったです。
その日はすいていたのですが、
子どものおもちゃを落としてしまったところ、スタッフさんが熱湯で洗ってきてくれたり、
お茶もすぐ注ぎに来てくれたり、ととても感じがよかったです。
場所も駅前で便利だし、また利用したいと思います♪
