今回は2000円のランチコースの楊貴妃コースを頂きました。
コースの内容は食前酒・前菜・海老・肉・茶碗蒸し・ご飯もの・デザートで、予めお皿に取り分けて持ってきてもらいましたが、量もちょうどいいくらいでした。楊貴妃にちなんで、ゆりの芽やフカひれなど、お肌にいい食材が必ず入っていました。（食前酒も梅味ですが、薬膳ぽい味がしてました。）ご飯ものは炒飯・お粥・麺から選べます。今回は「薬膳粥はお肌にいいし、痩せる!!」と言われ、全員一致でお粥に決定。痩せたかどうかはわからないけど、夕方まで体がポカポカしてたのは薬膳のおかげ??デザートは甘みが抑えられていて、人参の形をした饅頭がおいしかったです。今、本場から点心専門のシェフが来日中とか…。次回はお勧めの餃子をぜひ食べたいと思います。フロア担当の方も面白いひとで、サービスも良かったですよ。
