浜松で酸辣湯麺の美味しい店を探して二日目。昨日の失敗に懲りて、本日は同じくホテルの中華料理店でもこちらのお店に来てみました。やはりホテルらしく高級感がありました。いろいろな表彰も受けているようです。昼間でしたが、店内は、やはり主婦連中の憩いの場となっており、この人達は男女共同参画して働く意思などあるのだろうか？しばらくして出て来た酸辣湯麺がこの写真です。昨日と違って、見た目も味も、さすが本格中華です。ただ残念なのは、酸味が全く感じられませんでした。むせるくらい酢を入れて欲しかったな。
