珍しく、はしごして 2件目にこちらへ。
実は行こうと思っていたお店がうっかりの日曜休みだった。
ので、ちょうど今日検索して記憶に新しかった こちらのお店に伺いました。
かつお刺身 特に脂乗りが良いでもなく、普通。つまは玉ねぎと大根と大葉とあさつき。しょうがかにんにくかは聞いてくれます。
太刀魚塩焼き 骨は入ったままなのだけど、骨の唐揚げ付いてきます(？)。肝も揚げて添えられています。
ここ最近行っているお店はみんな骨抜きのお魚になっているので、久しぶりに自分で骨を除きながら食べました。まぁ、これが普通だということに気付いた。
すっぽんのだし巻き 柔らかく薄味めでお上品。染めおろしとすだちが添えられて。
あさりのスープご飯 青のりのと塩のシンプルな味。二人前。結構大盛り。
全体的に、酒飲みにはやや薄め、酒飲まない人には丁度良い感じの味付けなのかな。
変わったビールやお酒もおつまみも種類が豊富、魚も肉も野菜もいろいろあって迷う。
魚系は刺し・焼き・煮付けと種類豊富、どうまん蟹やうなぎのメニュー、
桜えびやしらすの石焼ビビンバ、ステーキや焼き鳥、ピザやデザートなんかも いろいろある。
コスパは良いです。時価となっていたのは松茸くらい。あとは金額明記で、良心的な価格設定ですよ。
見渡せた範囲の席はすべて掘りごたつ式でした。玄関で靴を脱ぐので女子は靴下穿いて伺いたい。
ちょっと冷房が強めでしたが、お酒飲んでる方々は丁度良いのかな？
厨房のスタッフさんたちが年代離れていても仲良さげで微笑ましいです。
薄暗くて鳥目にはメニューが見え難いけど、落ち着きます。
カップルも友達もビジネスにも対応できる、総合的に優良店。
