ちょっと読んでる漫画の影響で、優雅に丁寧な朝食ブッフェがたべたくなりまして。
たーっぷり、絶品な鰻をお腹いっぱい食べた後に、ホテルコンコルド浜松で宿泊しました。
お店や浜松城からはかなり近いのですが、駅からは結構遠いな。
後、大浴場がなかったのは、あら。シティホテルはあんまり泊まらないので、そうかー。と思いました。気楽でしたがね。
女性専用フロアがあるのはとてもありがたい。
カーテンが日がのぼると日光入ってくるのと、枕元の時計が割と明るいので、正直やや寝不足。
さて、朝食ですが、こちらにした理由は、ビジネスホテルよりもワンランク上の朝食を味わいたい。静岡産の食材を使ってるところがいい。
後、決め手としては、朝だけどシェフが作りたてのオムレツを作ってくれるから。
まずはシラス入りの大根おろしで胃袋を優しく起こし、食とのワルツ！
青のりドレッシングはほんのり甘くて好みの味です。
カレーはおかわり…とはいかなかったですが、サラッとしてて辛すぎなくてよかったです。
圧倒的シラスand青のり使用率。
これらが入ったちょっとした調味料が多かったです。
鰻の混ぜご飯が結構美味しかった。
オムレツは、バター感はあまりないけど、出来立てはやはり気持ち的に優雅。
パンもパン屋からのものだったり、結構こだわりもありつつ、コーンスープが粉かしら？と思ったり、豊富なデザート類は、パンナコッタは美味しいけど。と、他はちょっと残してしまったものもちょいちょい。
美味しい。と感じたものの度合いと、個人的に好みでなかったものを総合的に考えるとこの辺りかしら。
ちなみに、種類的に、7割はぐらい制覇してると思う笑
9時代になっても、きちんとなくなったものはすぐに補充されてたのは好印象でした。
うなぎごはん、とろろ、パンナコッタ、オムレツ（青のり）、青のりドレッシングとかは美味しかったな。カレーもまあまあ。
飲み物も豊富。
漫画の内容的に、あれはグランドホテル系のブッフェっぽかったかな。
