本日はこちらへ。
少し早いランチで伺ったラーメン屋から近くにあった人気の浜松餃子のお店。せっかくなんで連食でも…と、平日11時半過ぎに伺いました。オープン直後でしたが、既に半分くらいは席が埋まってました。
通常の餃子の他に、変わり種の魚介類餃子もあり。面白そうだな〜と、店員さんにも聞いて、こんな感じでオーダーしてみました。
・ぎょうざ＆変わり種ぎょうざ MIX 429円/税込
(ぎょうざ 4個、変わり種ぎょうざ ホタテ 3個)
5分ほどで到着。
まずは通常の餃子から…
ニンニクのパンチがしっかりと効いた中ダネ。薄皮で、焼き目はパリッと仕上がってます。たっぷりの野菜と、肉感もバランス良く感じました。良いですね〜、このニンニク感が堪らない！ビールのお供に最高だろうな…。
次に変わり種餃子を…
海鮮5種の中から、ホタテをチョイス。どんなもんかと思いましたが、ベビーホタテの存在感がゴロッと感じられビックリ。ここまでホタテ感があると満足感ありますね〜。ホタテの旨みがギュッと中ダネに詰まってます、こりゃ美味しい！
ご馳走様でした。
周りはラーメンやチャーハンと食べており、特にチャーハンは美味しそうだったな〜。餃子もさすが本場の人気店、文句無しです。次はガッツリ楽しみたいです、また是非伺いたいと思います。
