This is a wedding mansion, so the area is generally not available for use, but since it was Christmas, we had special access this time, so we visited. 2018 Hamamatsu Christmas dinner in a dining room with a beautiful chandelier. [b: Noel course 8,000 yen] [b: Cold appetizer] [b: Christmas leaf salad with lobster and cold yellowtail] Cold yellowtail is hidden under the lobster that goes well with Christmas and a salad shaped like a beautiful Christmas wreath. It was a gorgeous cold appetizer. [b: Homemade focaccia] was very delicious and served with fresh and delicious olive oil. [b: Warm appetizer] [b: Seafood flan] [b: Yukimi-style snow crab] Western-style chawanmushi containing whelk, scallops, etc., with lily root and perilla grains, etc. It was a heartwarming taste. There was green seaweed from Lake Hamana on top as an accent, but it was a bit of a struggle as I couldn't break it up properly. [b: Fish dishes] [b: Grilled sweet sea bream with scales] [b: Accented with fromage blanc and yuzu] It was seasoned well and cooked to a crisp. Occasionally, the scales would remain in my mouth, making me feel uncomfortable, so I had to eat this while feeling traumatized, but this time I had it without any stress at all and it was delicious. The yellow sauce was a yellow carrot sauce, and it was a delicious combination. On the way, I was served [b:petit bread], and I enjoyed it with delicious butter and sauce, even though I was full. [b:Dessert] [b:jardin rouge] [b:Flowers that bloom at Christmas] Ice cream made with three kinds of berries, pistachio, and milk.It was a lovely and cute dish. A dessert with cute flowers arranged on a line of red sauce that will make anyone feel warm the moment they see it.It was simple, but it was an elaborate final Christmas Sweets that was delicious. I had tea as a drink after the meal. Maybe it's because I usually help people make things happy at weddings, etc. By the end of the meal, the service staff came to each table and helped with souvenir photos, which was amazing. thought. And... On this day, the place was almost full and all the guests started at the same time, but perhaps it was only our family who didn't get the first plate. While everyone around me is enjoying delicious food... nothing comes to my table. On a day like this... when I couldn't even raise my voice and looked troubled, someone finally noticed... and it was amazing. The first cold appetizer was brought out as if nothing had happened, and while the other guests finished eating, only my family finally got the cold appetizer...Meanwhile, my family neatly arranged the other guests' plates, and my family... When I finished eating, I brought out the next hot appetizer before anyone else. Simply put, it felt like everyone else was waiting for the next plate until our family had finished eating. From then on, as if to make up for the initial rudeness, the staff's attentive service continued, and the meal was enjoyable and delicious until the end. Of course, the other guests hardly knew about this because our family did not raise their voices. (Maybe) It's an amazing wedding area. I was impressed by the wonderful hospitality. There were only areas that produced the peak of happiness, and all the staff were perfect. It's not a place where you can feel free to visit, so maybe we should do it for our second wedding?
