朝ごはんは少しにして、お昼ご飯はガッツリ行こう。朝ごはんから間食の誘惑にたえられず、ちょっと三方原ポテチを口にしてしまう。昼間で気を紛らわすのに、掃除したり、ゴミ捨てしたり。ようやく11:00過ぎ、うちを出発して11:30過ぎに到着。まだ客は半分くらい、しかし続々とやってくる客人たち。注文は竹ロース1400円をごはん大盛で1570円だ。老夫婦のお二人で店を切り盛り、しかし仕事は手早く、注文を捌いている。たまに耳が遠くて聴き漏らして難儀しているのも何のその、元気いっぱいばい。ゆえに注文の品はすぐにやってきた。
メイン、ごはん、味噌汁、漬物、茶、マスタード、ソースなどが続々とやってきて、カウンター越しから受け取ると、テーブルは色鮮やか。まずは、胡麻をすりすりして中濃ソースをすり鉢へ。さらに、キャベツにもソースをぶっかける。ソースは酸味が少なく甘ーいソース。キャベツも新鮮、ソースの甘みと合わさって美味い。ご飯がキャベツで進んでいく。さらに、トンカツを一切れ、すりごまソースにつけていただくと、脂とソースとフワサクの衣の味が合わさり、感動。ごはん、山盛りだったけど、あっという間になくなってしまいました。ごちそうさまでした。
