三連休の初日の夜グランドエクシブ浜名湖にあるイタリアンレストラン『ルッチコーレ』を訪問。こちらでは、４種類のコースがあり、今回は上から２番目のコース13,200円（税サ別）をチョイス。このコースは、パスタ、魚、肉をそれぞれ３種類からチョイスすることができるプリフィックスとなっています。キャビアサンドは、キャビアが添えられた滑らかなタマゴサンドですが、これがめちゃくちゃ美味しい。続いて提供されたオマール海老には、イチゴの果実とイチゴのソースが、、、。フレンチにあるような不思議な味の一品。フォアグラは臭みもなく、玉ねぎのソースがかかっており絶品。私がチョイスした釜揚げしらすとカラスミのペペロンチーノはニンニクがしっかりと効いているものの釜揚げしらすとカラスミの風味、塩味も感じられ、少量でも十分満足できるパスタ。手長海老のフリットは独特な食感でしたがこちらも美味。飛騨牛ロースは柔らかく和風のソースがさらに素材を引き立てている感じでとても美味しい料理でした。
