前から一度行ってみたいと思い早起きして行って参りました！
9時になるとオーナーに人数を伝えると再来店時間を教えてくれるシステムです。
6〜7組目で11:50でした。
うな丼特上を注文(3,800円)
※漬物と吸物付き
関東の焼き方のためふっくらと焼き上がっておりましたが、蒸しが入ってるためか脂の旨みはあまり感じなかったように思います。
タレのかかり具合というか着け具合もどちらかというとあっさり目かなと。
個人的には関西焼きのカリカリかつ脂の旨みも残ってる焼きの方が好みでしたので平均点にさせて頂きました。
それでも浜松の中では上位に入る美味しさでした。
