JR浜松駅より徒歩6分、1949（昭和24）年開業の
菓子店「春華堂」さん。
キャッチコピーでもある「夜のお菓子」を謳い、
全国的な知名度を誇る「うなぎパイ」発祥のお店。
そんな同店では主力のうなぎパイをはじめ、
バリエーション豊富なお菓子の数々を取り揃えて
いるのだそう。
購入したのは「うなぎパイ」の12個入りと、
季節限定商品の栗むし羊羹「十八里」。
うなぎパイはサクサクのパイ生地にグラニュー糖が
まぶされており、バターの風味がたまりません。
はるか昔に食べた時以上に美味しく感じるのは
いったい何故なんでしょうか。
十八里は栗きんとん餡のなかに国産の新栗を入れ、
丁寧に蒸したもの。栗 on 栗ですね！
ほのかな甘みにもっちり食感がたまりません。
栗好きの人にはたまらないんじゃないでしょうか。
うなぎパイもいいけど羊羹も美味しかったので
他の商品にも断然興味がでてきました。
また浜松に立ち寄った際はお伺いしようと思います。
