春華堂さんのみそまんです。
こしあんが好きなので「田舎みそまん」にしました。
確かつぶあんのほうは「大名みそまん」。他に八丁味噌を使った「八丁味噌みそまん」がありました。
名前うろ覚えですみません
「田舎みそまん」は味噌味の革にこしあんが包んであるお饅頭で、甘じょっぱさがたまりません。
八丁味噌のはどんな味なんだろう？
大名みそまんのほうは味の想像がつくけど、八丁味噌は食べ慣れていないので、あんこと一緒になった時、普通のお味噌とどんな違いがあるのか興味が湧きました。
次は「八丁味噌みそまん」と「田舎みそまん」両方買って食べ比べてみたいです。
