金曜日の夕方に、予約の電話をして、ラッキーにも空いていて、予約することができました。家族3人で、7時に入店。他にお客さんはいませんでした。静岡育ち牛とカレーが食べれる4500円のコースをオーダーしました。コースの内容は、はじめに塩味の肉が3品、続いてタレの肉が5品、口直しにキャベツの酢漬け、最後にカレーです。
塩味の肉は、喉元、鎖骨の肉、あばらの裏。
表面を20秒、裏面を20秒、さっと焼きます。
ご主人が丁寧に、焼き方を指南してくれました。タレ味の肉は、はらみ、カルビなどなど（笑）ご主人が説明してくれたのですが、忘れてしまいました(^^;;今回は、赤ワインを飲んだのですが、日本酒の種類も豊富とのことです。
そして、カレーの登場です。とろみは少なくて、牛の出汁が、ぎゅっと詰まった感じです（笑）
今度は、もう少し高いコースを食べてみたいと思いました。ごちそうさん
