平日18時頃お店に訪問したところ、先客は0名。
カウンター席に座り、本気ぎょうざ定食¥700を注文しました。
本気ぎょうざにはれんこんとごまが入っているとのこと。
10分程度で餃子が運ばれてきます。
れんこんが入った餃子は食感がとてもいい。
餃子にれんこんは初めてですが、意外と合いますね。
皮はパリっとしていて、焼き加減もいい感じです。
