久しぶりに静岡県に行ってお昼はここで食べると決めていたのでちょうどお昼頃に訪問してみた。
待つ事無くテーブルに着席。
少し何を食べるか考えて「味玉背脂醤油」と餃子の白(白はニンニク抜き)でオーダーしてみます。
連れが餃子定食の赤(赤はニンニク有り)でオーダーしました。定食が先にきて、そのあとラーメンと餃子がすぐ提供されました。ラーメンのトッピングは分厚いチャーシューが一枚と薄いチャーシューが1枚、刻みネギに、海苔が一枚、味玉が1個乗ってるシンプルな中華そばです。
麺は中太でとてもモチモチしていて、想像していた、以上に美味しいです。
それにスープも背脂たっぷりで良い塩梅でとても美味しいスープです。
餃子は連れの赤と3個づつ交換して食べましたが、食べると汁が溢れてくるとても美味しい餃子でした。
どちらも美味しいですが、個人的には赤のニンニク有りが好みですね。
残念なのはまた行きたいとは思うけど、少し遠い事ですね。
でも店内？でお持ち帰り用の餃子も売ってるし、(店内で購入した方が安く購入出来るみたい)
なので是非また行きたいですね。
