いつも平日でも混んでる印象が！
何と言っても、こちらではうなぎ！
串もあり、気軽にうなぎを味わえるメニュー構成。
しかしわたくしは、やっぱり蒲焼を姿で！
鰻屋さんではない、”つまみ”といった感じの蒲焼。
甘辛の照りのあるタレをくぐらせたうなぎ。
一度蒸したものを焼いてくれる。
外側はパリっと、中はふわっとした食感、うなぎのうまみも逃さず
蒲焼の醍醐味を味わえます。
ビール、焼酎が合うかな？
カウンターに座れば、気さくな大将が、いろいろ話してくれるのも
楽しい。
有機栽培の野菜が豊富で、味を生かした食べ方で、出してくれるのも
うれしいです。
