土曜の昼12時、外待ちは無かったが中で10人程待たれていた。
回転は悪い。
1時間弱待ってようやく着席。
濃厚な魚介豚骨。横浜家系よりも色が濃くドロドロ。

10時半から並び一巡目で入れました。
美味しかったですが、所謂つけ麺系で割と溢れてる味。

今回はつけ麺を注文
魚介の味はきつくなくスープを全部飲み干せるほどうまい。浜松ではもちろん、愛知のつけ麺も食べ歩いているがここのつけ麺が一番うまいかも…

☆コロナ以降感染予防のため、つけめんのスープ割りはやらないようになりました。 |
こってりが食べたいときには最高です。麺の太さ、絡みつくスープの重さ、タマネギの刺激、シンプルさの中に奥深さもあり、やみつきになります。個人的にはタマネギを追加したいくらい。
