浜松出張初日、しるしさんを訪問。中華そば７２０円を注文しました。醤油ベースのスープは、鷄から出汁をとっているのでしょうか。あっさりしながら、ほどよいコクがあり、旨味の強いスープです。麺はちぢれ細麺で、いい歯ごたえです。チャーシューも問題なく、美味い一杯でした♪
