浜松駅から歩いて5分くらいのところにあるラーメン店『しるし』さんに行って来ました。
今回は、つけ麺、並、塩、830円を注文しました。
スープは、いわゆるドロドロ系のスープです。
よくある感じの魚介豚骨スープです。
麺は平打ち全粒粉の麺です。
具は、チャーシュー2枚、メンマ、煮玉子半分、ネギが別皿で提供されます。
