今日は浜松に遠征。浜松と言えば、鰻！と言いたいところですが予算の都合で「餃子」を頂きます。「浜太郎餃子センター」さん。
飲食店と言うよりは、餃子工場といった感じ。作業場はガラス張りになっていて、餡を作るところ、皮で包むところが見学できる様になっています。
メニューを見るとラーメンなんかもあるようですが、今日はやはり餃子一択で。「餃子定食」のダブル（赤と白）を頂きます。¥910也
何でも焼き餃子はニンニク入りの「赤」と、ニンニク無しの「白」があるそうで、ダブルは相盛りって感じで両方食べられます。
焼き場もフルオープン。作るところが全て見る事が出来ますね。
浜松特有の円形盛り+センターモヤシが着丼。
確かに赤はニンニクが効いてます。旨味もあり。タレはやはり少な目で。
白はニンニク無しの分、野菜の甘味を感じます。個人的には白かな。酢醤油に柚子胡椒がオススメです。
そして皮はモチっとしていますが薄い。焼き加減が難しそう。羽根はありますが、パリパリはあまり感じませんでしたね。
美味しいです。でも個性的な面はあまり感じられませんでした。もっと振り切っちゃって、「唯一無二」ってなると、もっと面白いですね。
