久しぶりに故郷・浜松へひとりで帰るということで、高校ラグビーのチームメイトに声をかけたら全部で飲みに5人集まりました。友人が手配してくれたお店は「大衆酒場 GYO the MAN」。店名からわかるとおり、餃子が売りなんです。
メニュー上部に15種類の餃子が並んでいるのが圧巻！今回は8種類を食べたので紹介していきます。
「男餃子(5個)」380円
まずは王道の餃子。肉6割野菜4割＆にんにくたっぷりのガツンとくるタイプです。
「エビさんこんにちは餃子(4個)」480円
尻尾がはみ出たダイナミックなタイプ。ぷりっぷりの食感がいいですね♪
「ヤリイカのセクシー餃子(4個)」550円
こちらも頭と足がはみ出たビジュアルがいいタイプ。足がスカートから見えている様子を「セクシー」と言っているのかな？いいですね～(笑)
「ぶっかけわさび餃子(4個)」480円
きざみわさびと大根おろしがぶっかけられたタイプ。見た目ほど辛くなく爽やかな食べられます。
「旨辛ドラゴン餃子(4個)」550円
揚げニンニクやトウガラシ、花椒が効いたタイプ。いい感じの辛さです。
「餃子男の炊き餃子(4個)」650円
白濁の濃厚なスープで炊かれた水餃子。あっつあつですよ！
「ザクザク揚げ餃子(4個)」580円
こちらは名前のとおり、衣がザクザクした揚げ餃子。
「ロシアンルーレット餃子(8個)」700円
最後は激辛が1個だけ紛れているというロシアンルーレットタイプ。なんかトウガラシが刺さっているのが1個あるんですけど。。。
餃子以外もオススメ！
「豪快!!若鶏の姿揚げ」880円
餃子以外に食べたのはこちら。醤油ダレに2日間漬けたあと蒸して揚げるという手間暇かかった一品。だからこそ皮はパリッと、中はしっとりジューシーな食感のコントラストが生まれるんです。
「西京味噌焼きホルモン」550円
甘辛い味付けで酒がすすんじゃう一品。浜松って意外とホルモンも名物なんですよね。
