浜松駅近くでお昼です。ハンバーグ食べたい
(「さわやか」さんへ行きたい)と言う同僚を
口説いて(無理矢理)BMしていた「OMG KITCHEN」
さんへ。野菜中心の料理を提供してくれる
お店で気になっていました。
ザザシティ内にある店舗で、テーブルが30席位
でしょうか。スタイリッシュでお洒落な店内で、
おっさん一人での入店は厳しいなと。
ワンプレートの料理で、お肉を利用したメニュー
もあります。ご飯はカリフラワーライスを
使用していて、カリフラワーライスと玄米の
ハイブリットとメニューに紹介されています。
注文したのは
「GRILLED VEGE RICE」1,200円
同僚は「KIMAGURE CURRY」1,180円
10分程度で配膳です。
焼き野菜、ブロッコリなどの野菜が入った
玉子焼き、マッシュポテト、キノコの炒め物、
サラダです。焼き野菜の下のはカリフラワーライス
が入った玄米です。焼き野菜はナス、ズッキーニ、
ビーツ、かぼちゃ、人参、インゲン、蕪、トマト。
表面に粉チーズが塗してあります。野菜類が焼きたて
で熱々。ほっこりとして甘みがあります。
マッシュポテトは少し甘味を感じる味付け、キノコ
はオイルが絡み美味しいです。
ライスと野菜の間に自家製の肉みそが隠れて
いました。この肉みそが美味しく、ライスが進みます。
そのカリフラワーライス＆玄米ですが、カリフラワー
が入っているので、軽く感じます。白米を食べている
のと比べると、食感は違います。が、ボソボソ
している訳でも無く、美味しく食べられました。
野菜中心で、食べてる途中に2軒目のラーメン屋さん
でも…と頭をよぎりましたが、食べ終われば
お腹は満足です。同僚もカレーがスパイシーで
美味しかったとの事。女性向きな雰囲気＆料理
ですが、お酒ばかり飲んでいる私の様な
おっさんが、食べるべき料理かもしれません。
