進化し続ける食べ物屋さん
ちょうど１年前くらいから通い始めた。
正直、最初の印象は美味しいけど優しい味だなぁ。
まぁそこまで頑張ってリピートはないなぁと思っていたが、一緒に行く方々が予約を取ってくれて何度も伺った。
基本的に鰹節や昆布などの出汁を使わず、その素材の旨味を徹底的に引き出すやりかたは変わっていないのかもしれないが、この一年でどんどん組み合わせ方や旨味のパンチ力が強くなった。
お酒も而今との繋がりが強くなっただけでなく、地元〜日本各地の名酒が揃ってきた印象。
いや、、凄い店になった。
ちょっと前に来た方々、再訪した方がよいよ。
パワーアップしてるから。

一度閉店してイノベーティブで復活予定ですが、通常営業としてはラスト。
渾身のフグコースをいただきました。
うめぇ。
料理も酒もたまらん。
ってかコスパが異常。
焼きおにぎりにツナマヨ握りまで作ってもらい腹パンに。
イノベーティブになっても伺いますが、年に数回（天ぷら、鰻と松茸、フグ）勢麟としも復活するみたい。よりプラチナシートになると思うけど、行きたい✨✨✨✨
