どうもヌマオです。
1人寂しくカウンター席でイタリアンディナー。
ザザシティ浜松1Fの『VANSAN』。
幸いなことに早めの時間だったので席が空いてる。
広くてキレイな店内とテラス席まであるオシャレなお店。
混んでたら入りづらかっただろう（笑）
指定のQRコードを読み込んでスマホで注文というシステム。
ピクルスとクワトロフォルマッジ、釜揚げしらすのペペロンチーニをチョイス。
前菜で生ハム&サラミが付いてきます。
自家製のピクルス、野菜の食感が活きていて見た目も色鮮やか、酸味も丁度よくて割と好きな味。
クワトロフォルマッジは塩味が少し弱い気がした。
ハチミツをかけて食べると甘さが際立ちすぎる印象。
もう少し塩っ気の強いチーズを使うとかして甘じょっぱい感じにすればもっと美味しいと個人的には思う。
ペペロンチーニはテレビでも紹介されたメニューらしい。
見た目のインパクト強め(笑)
釜揚げしらすと銘打っているのにしらすが冷たい、、、
大量のしらすをこの温度で出されると磯の香りが強すぎて、ちょっと磯臭いとも言える(´;ω;｀)
生パスタを使用していてモチモチ感があって美味しい。
しらすの塩っ気がマッチしていて味は丁度いい。
ただニンニクや唐辛子を感じなかったのでペペロンチーニではない気がした。
しらすのパスタでいんじゃね？(笑)
ピッツァもパスタも悪くはない、惜しい！
