パスタブロガーの端くれからさらに下位に位置する豚野郎。しかしたまに、こちらのお店の生パスタが食べたくなるのです。
こちらは全国に展開するイタリアンのチェーン店で、パスタに関しては少し風変わりなメニューを提供しています。
例えば「悪魔のパスタ」。こちらの定番メニューで、基本的にはスパゲティアラビアータなのですが、結構辛いソースは3段階で辛くでき、またその辛いソースと生パスタの組み合わせで提供されるのです。
今回は少しワインが呑みたく、しらすかけ放題のペペロンチーノに合わせたかったのです。
浜松駅より約徒歩5分のこちらは、オープンテラスを有する開放的で柔らかい日差しが入るお店。
平日11:30、待ちはなく空いてはいるがカウンターに案内される。「お客さんが入ってきたら移動するので」と少しだけ無理を言い、外向きのテーブルにつかせていただいた。

少しお高いが、のせ放題の付加価値は高い！
「素のペペロンチーノ」がサーブされると同時に、スタッフさんがしらすのお皿を持っており、しらすをストップがかかるまでのせてくれる。
冬の大雪山くらいまでしらすを積もらせたいのだが、大人の振る舞いに徹したい。
余裕を見せてある程度でストップしたが、もう少しかけてもらえば良かった。ここ1ヶ月ずっと後悔してる。
いただいてみると、まずにんにくがしっかりと効いた香りのアーリオオーリオが食欲をブーストさせる。
パスタは生パスタでもっちもち。加水率だけで言えばうどんよりもラーメンのよう。
もう少し硬めが良いのでは？と思うが、太く柔らかいもちもちパスタに、しらすがうまい具合に絡んでとても言い感じ！
しらすもよくある苦味や生臭さはなく、良い意味でクセがなく美味しい。ペペロンチーノとの素敵な組み合わせ。銘柄不明だが、グラス白ワインで流しこむとかなり良い雰囲気！
外を見ながらいただくこの空間もいいですね。
あっという間に完食！美味しかったですよ！
パスタは大概自分で作ってしまうのですが、こちらのパスタは久しぶりに外でリピートしてしまうものでした。
