・白焼き付鰻重
初めて食べログAward選出のお店に行ってきました。
11時30分に入店し、まずは飲み物を選び、その後白焼き▶︎鰻重という順番でした。
お店の雰囲気は、静かでした。カウンター席に座れると焼いている姿が見れます。
自分は掘りごたつ式でしたが、店主さんがどのような鰻を使うのか焼き方や特徴を伝えに来てくださいました。とても丁寧に親切でした。
白焼きは、ふわふわな身で塩か山葵をつけ頂きます。鰻そのものの味を存分に味わえました。
鰻重はタレのイメージが非常に強かったのですが、ここの鰻重はタレよりも鰻の味を楽しむために薄味で味付けされていました。身が柔らかくてとろけました。
