本日は北区細江町気賀にあるぬくもり工房設計・施工のパンプキンズハウスの１階に'21/01/19にオープンしたばかりの「FondCafe(フォンドカフェ)」さんでランチ。
本場札幌の有名店をまわって研究したスープカレーとフレンチトーストのお店。
場所は国道362号の気賀駅北を過ぎて２つ目の信号(気賀四ツ角)を右折して次の信号の角地(セブンイレブンの斜向かい)。
注文したのはたっぷり野菜とチキンの収穫祭のスープカレー。
大須赤門通のマジックスパイス以来だからスープカレーは８年ぶりくらいかな？
カレーには少しトロミがついている。浜松ではまだそれほど馴染みがないと考え、取っ付きやすいようにアレンジしたそうである。
チキンは外側パリパリ、カレーはスパイシー、美味くてあっという間に完食。
着いたのが２時ちょっと前で、少し遅くなったためか全然たりなくてフレンチトーストとコーヒーを追加オーダー。
１つでも出来るとのことでそうしてもらったがノーマルの３個でも余裕でいけたな。
