On this day, I was invited by an acquaintance to go to Saien, a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in front of Hamamatsu Station.We had a la carte and bottled shochu drinking party.When I entered the restaurant, it was empty for some reason, but I was told that there was a 2-hour time limit.The restaurant was empty until the end. However, it seems like it's a two-hour system (;^_^A) We keep ordering single items, and even though we've got several bottles of shochu, it seems like 120 minutes isn't enough...I don't know what the purpose is. Hmm. Even though the shop is empty, I thought the reputation as Yakiniku (Grilled meat) was pretty good for everyday use. However, the sauce was a classy ordinary taste and lacked a bit of punch, so it was a bit lacking. Ordinary Cow tongue was tasteless. "(-""-)"The meat quality was uneven and hard, and the special green onion sauce wasn't bad, but the quality of the meat was terrible.Extra thick Cow tongue has a weak taste, but has a good texture, and is more delicious than the previous Cow tongue. I felt it. It looked good (^^)/ I ate a lot of cuttlefish, skirt steak, and fillet. The quality of the meat was medium-high and the price was right! That's how I felt. The next day I was a little hungry. So, the rotation of the meat might have been bad because there weren't that many customers, so I ordered stone grilled bibimbap and I made everyone's portions with a spoon.If I say so myself, I'm pretty good at making stone grilled bibimbap. I think the way they grilled it was good because they were professionals. Everyone said it was delicious. It's probably my way of grilling it! Other things like kimchi were elegant and delicious, and I felt that the overall taste was good. Ah, Pork fatty tuna! That was delicious! I put the special sauce on the sandwich and it was really delicious ♪ I don't usually order pork fatty tuna, so I was like, ``Pork fatty tuna is so delicious!''
