遠州焼き…？
浜松に住んでいるお友達に会いに行って来ました♪
食事はお友達夫婦オススメの遠州焼きが、
食べられるお店を…
聞き慣れない料理名で何度も聞き直してしまいました…
お好み焼きみたいなものと言われつつ、
具材に沢庵が入っているのが
衝撃を隠せませんでした…
沢庵なんて日常でもほとんど食べないですが、
静岡ではメインのおかずになるんですね
以外にもお好み焼きと沢庵って相性がいいんですね
コリコリとした食感のお好み焼きは初めてでした
地元では当たり前のメニューのようです
・遠州焼き 480yen
生しらす刺身も気になったのですが、
入荷していなくて、
近海かつを刺身 1200yen
肉厚にカットされててニンニクと生姜でいただきました
浜松と言えば餃子は外せません
・ご縁焼（浜松餃子）50個2900yen
50個なので迫力がありますね
意外とパクパク食べちゃいました✨
人と人とのご縁をつなぐ縁起物なので、
ご縁焼餃子と言われるらしいです
写真はないのですが、
・夢豚ソース焼きそば680yen
昔ながらのソース味なので、懐かしい味でした
店内は、テーブル席とカウンター席があり、
居酒屋なのに全席禁煙なのはありがたかったです
静岡はまた涼しくなったら行きたいです
