どれも美味しかった。
ささみの柔らかさに驚き、パプリカの甘さにしびれ、そしてどれも炭の香りがすごく良い。山芋にパルメザンチーズかかっているのも美味しかった。
写真を撮り忘れてしまうほど、どれもすごく柔らかくて最高だった。

お酒はセルフサービスというのも面白い。焼き鳥はストップと言うまで出してくれるコースのみ。ワンオペで丁寧に美味しく焼いてくれる。
