皮はパリッと炭火で焼かれており、絶妙なバランスのタレとマリアージュ
山椒も新鮮さを感じ...
ぱりぱりふわふわのうなぎで美味しかったです。
お店自体新しい（？）のか店内もきれいでした。味変に山椒をかけて食べるのがおすすめです。
鰻が大きくて炭焼きの香ばしさもあり、焼き加減も絶妙でした！甘すぎず鰻本来の味を楽しめるタレも良かったです！また行きます！
