出張で、浜松市にある「浜松地焼 うなぎ まさ」で、極上のうなぎと浜松の恵みを堪能しました。
注文したのは、「おひつ鰻」とうざくです。
うなぎは、外はカリッと香ばしく、中はふっくらと柔らかい極上の焼き加減。浜名湖産のうなぎは、脂が程よく乗っていて、臭みもなく、素材の良さを引き出した絶品です。
浜名湖青海苔をうなぎに振りかけると、磯の香りが加わり、風味豊かに楽しめます。わさび漬けは、ピリッとした辛味がアクセントになり、うなぎの味を引き立てます。
小メロン漬けは、浜松市の特産品で、甘みと酸味のバランスが絶妙な漬物です。浜松大根の味噌漬けは、しっかりと漬かっていて、ご飯のお供にぴったりです。
友人は、「花の舞 日本刀」という日本酒とハイボールを飲みながら、うなぎを堪能していました。
