浜松駅に降り立ったらそれは鰻が食べたい！
検索して駅前になかなか良さげなこちらのお店を見つけました。
角地の目立つ外観で『鰻』の幟が大きくかかっているので検索するまでもなく吸い込まれてたかもしれません。
すっきりとしたスタイリッシュな和モダン調の店内。
カウンター席にテーブル席、個室風の掘りごたつ席もありました。
いただいたのは
◾︎肝入り上うなぎ丼 白焼き付き 6,500円
全ての食事に下記がセットになっています↓
・浜名湖青海苔
・わさび漬け
・お吸い物(ハマグリ)
・漬物(小メロン漬け、浜松大根の味噌漬け)
浜名湖青海苔はうなぎにかけて。
わさび漬けもうなぎに付けて食べると良いアクセントに。
小メロン漬けは浜松の特産品。
卓上の山椒は「ぶどう山椒」。
浜松市春野町で収穫された希少種で鮮やかな黄緑色と柑橘系のような爽やかな香りが特徴。
うなぎは日により産地が異なるけれどほぼ浜名湖産。浜名湖がない場合は愛知県一色産やその他の地域の時もあるとのこと。
今回は幸い浜松産のものが頂けました。
ふっくら肉厚の鰻がパリッと焼けて美味しい。
白焼きの塩加減がちょうど良いあんばいで鰻丼のタレもご飯が進む味わい。
わさび漬けやぶどう山椒で味変してそれぞれの魅力が楽しめました。
実はいろいろ迷ったけどこちらのお店でこのメニューを選んで良かったです。
浜松で鰻と言ったら玉石混交かと思いますがこちらは大当たりでした。
