関東鰻と関西鰻、浜松はちょうど中間に位置するそうです。
私は肝焼き乗せ丼を頼みました。
鰻六切れと肝焼きが乗ってます。
★立地
浜松は鰻のお店がしのぎを削っている街なのでしょうか。駅を降りた時から香ばしいいいにおい。
駅南口から程なくたどり着けます。
★食感
こちらの鰻は、口に含めば外側サクサクカリカリ。だけど噛めば内側はトロットロ！
関東関西のいいとこ取りみたいな鰻でした(*^^*)
★味
濃すぎす薄すぎず。
山椒も好みでふりかけます。
そうそう、ご飯も美味しかった！
お吸い物は、肝吸いではなくハマグリ。鰻屋さんとしては珍しいですね。
その代わり、肝焼きは単品メニューありました。
★雰囲気
メニューには、鰻重と丼がありますが、どちらも同じで器の違いだけだそうです。
奥には仕切られた４人がけの席がありましたので、そこでお重を頼めば軽いご接待にも使えそうな感じでした。
