12:30頃に訪れました。人気のお店のようでものすごく混んでいます。１０組程度が待ってました。ジャニーズの嵐やTOYOTAの社長など様々な著名人もこちらの料理を食べているようです。待合室で50分ほど待って席へ案内。
季節限定の角煮そばが美味しそうなのでミニ丼とセットで注文。ミニ丼は選べますが今回はオススメのとろろ汁を鯖出汁で注文。料理は20分ほどで到着。
まずは角煮そばを。出汁が美味しいです。蕎麦もしっかり蕎麦の香りがして合格点です。何といっても角煮が美味しい。柔らかくてとろけます。選んで大正解。
次にとろろ汁を。鯖出汁に味噌の味がする本格的なとろろ汁の味です。遠州の郷土料理がしっかり味わえました。
鯖出汁のとろろ汁はなかなか味わえるお店も少ないので本格的な遠州式のとろろ汁を味わいたい方にはオススメです。各家庭で食べている味とまったく同じ味が味わえます。遠州出身の私も自信を持ってオススメできるお店です。
