袋井市の法多山尊永寺からの帰り道、道中の看板で見かけた仙の坊さんで自然薯と蕎麦をいただきました。
豊富なメニューに目移りしてしまいましたが、唐揚げセットと月替わり？の仙の坊セットをオーダー。
唐揚げは、自然薯入りの衣でサクッとした食感、少し甘めの味付け。女性でも食べやすいかと。
仙の坊セットのオカズは、冷やし豚にトマト、オクラ、茗荷と胡瓜をゴマだれでいただきます。
二八蕎麦は自己主張せずにとろろ汁とオカズを引き立てますが、しっかりと蕎麦も美味しい。
自家栽培の自然薯とろろ汁にあわせる出汁は、醤油ベースのしいたけ出汁か、味噌ベースのサバ出汁の2種類から選べます。
期待を裏切らない滑らかさと、濃厚な味。
嬉しいことに麦飯はお替わり可でしたが、オカズも蕎麦もなかなかのボリュームでしたので断念。
店内の雰囲気も良く、駐車場も広め。
なんの気無しに寄ってみましたが、充実したランチタイムを過ごせました。
