旧赤松家敷地内にある天麩羅の「天宏」さんへ伺うことに。閑静な旧赤松家敷地内にある古民家風なお店でありまして、なかなか風情がいい。何故か浜松まつりの竜禅寺町と千歳町の大凧がディスプレイしてありまして、親戚でもいるのかなと。で、席へ通されますってぇと掘りごたつの座敷。よっこらしょと腰かけまして一通りメニューに目を通すことに。かき揚げ丼をお願いしました。暫くして到着した丼にはでかいかき揚げが二枚段になって鎮座しておりまして、その存在感は圧倒であります。ぱっと見には海老を中心とした魚介系のかき揚げであります。とにかく二枚乗っていると飯には到達しそうにないので丼の蓋に一枚退避。でもって、かき揚げに箸を立ててもりもり食らう。えっとね、脂っこくないのね。で、丼汁もあっさりしておりましてちょいと甘めで美味しい。
丼物はご飯が命なんですが、米もふっくらと炊けておりましてこれがなかなかのもの。かき揚げを箸で細かく割りながらかき込むんですが、海老がぷりぷりと弾力があっておいしい。で米をパクリ。かき揚げを割ってはもりもり頂きまた米をパクリと止まらない。味噌汁も麹味噌でもってなめたけの味噌汁。これも美味しい。かき揚げもりもり、米パクリ、味噌汁ゴクリ、漬物ポリポリ。この繰り返し。
