■所感
磐田市老舗ラーメン屋です。
磐田市のラーメン屋と言えばいこいと
言われるほどの有名店と思います。
看板メニューは塩ラーメンですが
チャーハンも大人気。支店と比較し
味の違いがよく話題に上がります。
今回はその炒飯の味を支店と
比較しつつ感想を記載します。
■チャーハン大盛り(750円)
具材は叉焼、卵、ネギ。
焼き加減はしっとり食感というより
水気が多めでベタベタ系の印象。
支店のしっとりパラパラ食感とは
大きな違いです。
味付けは支店と比較すると同じ
塩気やあっさり味でテイストは同じながら
本店のほうが深い風味の奥行を感じます。
ごはん全体がしっかり旨味を纏っていて、
叉焼やネギに対し存在感が勝っているという印象。
■餃子6個(300円)
小ぶりなものが6個。300円はうれしい所。
餡はひき肉、野菜、ニンニク。
片面が厚めにバリっと焼かれており
食感、ニンニクの程よい香りとともに
心地よさを感じます。
