東海道約492kmを歩いた食べ歩きシリーズの第18回目、2012年のレビューです。

日本橋から歩いて延べ約236km、磐田にある和菓子店です。
創業は明治4年、看板商品は「きんつば」です。

実はきんつばが好きで、出かけた所で売っていれば大抵購入します。
あまり日持ちがしない（だいたい2～3日）のが難点ですが。

きんつば（当時＠120円）、栗きんつば（当時＠150円）、鴬きんつば（当時＠120円）をバラで購入。

緑茶と一緒にいただきました。
「きんつば」と「栗きんつば」は、小豆は大きめ・甘さは控えめ、期待通りおいしかったです。
緑が透けてきれいな「鴬きんつば」は、青えんどう豆の味わいが小豆とはまた違ったおいしさ、こちら伏兵でした。

結局すぐ食べてしまったので、もうすこし買っておけばよかったと思うのでした。
