愛野駅近くのダイニングバー、以前よりちょいちょいラーメン提供され美味しいらしいとラーメンマニアの中では話題にはなっておりまして、1月より日曜のみラーメン店としてオープンとのこと。
タイミング合いやっとの訪問。
メニューは3種、担々麺、醤油と塩。
オススメ表記のあるメニュー先頭の担々麺を口頭オーダー。
先客0名、後客1名、3人オペで4分での提供。
見た目は中央に肉そぼろとカシューナッツとネギが盛られたオレンジ系。
芝麻醤の香りと味は弱め。
自家製甜面醤を使用しているとの肉そぼろの味付けが絶妙に美味しい。
溶かさず食べている際は担々麺としては少しもの足りなさを感じるかなと思っていましたが、肉そぼろを混ぜると劇的にパワーアップ。
甘み辛味旨味、いい具合に調和しています。
麺はやや固ゆでの細麺。
飲み屋でこの担々麺の提供は素直にすごいと思います。
