ベースのラーメンは、色々選べて(背脂醤油・醤油ラーメン・塩ラーメン・ざるラーメン)から
マーボーランチは、茄子にすることもできます。

背脂がたくさん乗っています。脂に弱い人は、少しきついかも・・・
もう少し、臭みをなくせたら、いい味になると思う

なすが、うまい！うまく炒めてあるのがよくわかりました。
ただ、脂が多いのが少し残念
