女性従業員だけの麺屋。 12年前は男性の店だった様な〜
時代と共に変わりますね。もっと活気があった。
12年ぶりに、背脂醤油ラーメンを食べます。
唐揚げセットで890円。
あっさり背脂でくどくなく、叉焼は炙りで提供。
スープが若干少ないかな〜
唐揚げは、業務スーパー的な感じですが、付け合せの
もやしは胡麻油、ブラックペッパーで和えて美味しかった。
女性店員なので、お客様も礼儀正しく元気に挨拶して帰っていきます。
続く理由の一つですね。
