仕事で静岡に来まして、有名なハンバーグ屋さんでランチしました。
訪問回数は2回目ですが、平日でも混みますね！
げんこつハンバーグをオーダーし、お店のかたに最後の焼き調整を対応していただきました。
肉は粗めで外側はしっかりと焼かれて好みの焼き具合でしたが、中のほうは生の部分があるため、私好みではございませんでした。
歯応えのある焼き加減が好みなんですよねー！
自分でも鉄板で焼こうと思いましたが、温度が下がってきてしっかり焼けませんでした。
味はおいしいので、おすすめですよ！
宿泊ではなくて日帰りなので、ゆっくりしたいなー。
