袋井に寄り道の金曜日の夜は静かに流れる。袋井はバイパス利用者には何となく寄り道しやすい立地に美味しいお店が多い。今日は初めての華萬に来訪だ。高速の取り付け道路沿いに店を構える此方は、自称袋井名物。店内に入ると中華系の店員さんにテーブルに通される。ポスターには自家製の真空なんとか麺のプロモーション。メニューのバリエーション多彩で悩み切った挙句、汁なしの麻婆麺激辛780円に半チャーハン420円を選択だ。これで真空なんとか麺を頂けるし、辛いの食べれるしだ。
出て来たのはチャーハンが先、ベタつき激しいチャーハンだ。これは脂ギッシュで卵がフワッとして旨い。えっパラパラじゃ無いの？パラパラが旨いわけでは無いのがチャーハン！ふかいわ。麻婆麺、うわぁ〜辛いわぁ、旨辛だわぁーと普通に頂ける辛さが激辛だった。地獄辛は少し辛いくて食べるに辛くなる感じかなぁ、+50円だし。麺は汁なしではダマになる程モッチモチで、汁なしに持ってこい、だけどダマになる。細麺でありながらすごい弾力で、麻婆に絡んですごく美味しかった。また寄り道だな、ごちそうさまでした。
